He is in the wrong place at the wrong time.Joe was a fun loving young man but his family were left devastated with the loss of him.One persons split second actions can cause a life to be lost for ever.Take a long look in the MIRROR would you want to be responsable for the pain it would cause.Help prevent knife crime.
